Trouble Uploading Profile Photo
It’s always ideal to have a profile photo and many Meetsy groups require that you upload a profile photo to participate in the group.
To update your profile photo for a regular profile:
- Select Account
- Select Select Choose Photo
3. Select the photo you wish to upload (it may take selecting it 2x before it uploads)
4. Crop the photo, then select
Done cropping
5. Select
save
To update your profile photo if your group is using Personal User Guides:
- Select Account
- Select Visit Personal User Guide
- Select Edit
- Select Choose Photo, then select photo you wish to upload (it may take selecting it 2x before it uploads)
- Crop the photo, then select Done cropping
- Select save
Here are some tips:
- JPEG and PNG photo files are accepted
- If your photo isn’t the right size, consider using a free photo resizer online such as one of these.
- Older phones and browsers and operating systems may not enable you to upload your profile photo. Please upload your photo using an up-to-date operating system and browser.
