How to search and filter users
Tip: Do you have two users in your group that you think should meet? Maybe they have similar interests or goals. Introductions is a great way to ensure your community is having essential conversations, while Group Discussions and Match Engagements are ongoing too!
1. Select Admin menu.
2. Select Users tab.
3. Search for the members to invite within All members or by choosing an audience. You can also search further by name or by creating a filter.
4. Check the names of the two members you’d like to introduce.
5. Select Create intro.
6. Type a message if you’d like, and choose to send now or at a specific time.
10. If you choose Send at a specific time, a calendar and time menu pops up. Make the desired selection. To continue editing, click outside the calendar to view the message field.
11. Once you are done editing, select Send Introduction.
