How to create a manual introduction between two members

Tip: Do you have two users in your group that you think should meet? Maybe they have similar interests or goals? Our Introductions feature gives you the power to make authentic introductions happen within your community in a few quick steps! 

To manually introduce two members: 

  1. Select Admin menu.
  2. Select Users, make sure the filter is set to Accepted. Search for the members to invite within All members or by choosing an audience. You can also search further by name or creating a filter.
  3. Check the names of the two members you’d like to introduce.
  4. Select Create intro.
  5. Type a message if you’d like, and choose to send the introduction now or at a specific time.

6. Select Send Introduction. You would receive confirmation message, and the two members will email notification inviting them to engage with one another.
