How does the waitlist work?

The waitlist is a tool for admins to review members to see if they are a good fit to your group and provide a way to review profiles for completion prior to accepting potential members into a group. 

To turn on the waitlist for your Meetsy group:

  1. Select Admin menu.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select Sign-On.
  4. Toggle on the Waitlist setting.
  5. Select Save Changes.
If an admin would like to require admin approval for new members to join their Meetsy group, they can toggle on the waitlist setting.
Invited users can create their profile, upload their profile photo, and respond to the profile questions. Once their profile is completed and they save, the member will be added to a waitlist.
To approve or deny members on a waitlist:
  1. Select Admin menu
  2. Select Users tab.
  3. View waitlisted members by selecting Waitlist
